If you would like to request the information we hold about you with a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR), please complete the Right of Access form on this page.

Be specific and give as much information as you can. If possible, tell us the specific documents or information you would like. The more information you provide, the quicker we will be able to complete your request. Some examples of what you can request are:

  • Application forms.
  • Bank statements.
  • Customer service notes.
  • Telephone call recording(s).

If you are requesting telephone call information, please tell us when you called and the telephone number you called from. This will help us find the right recording.

Are you requesting information on a joint account or product?

If yes, we will need the full name, date of birth, and address of the joint applicant.

Processing your request

We have one full calender month to process your request from the date we can successfully verify you. In the meantime, you should receive an acknowledgement within the next five working days.
