Most of us have opinions about the products and services we use. We might even share them with friends, family or anyone willing to listen.
But finding the time, and the right way, to share them with the people who can actually do something about them isn't always easy.
One of the ways membership comes to life at Skipton is through our Member Panel. It's a community of Skipton members who tell us what's important to them by sharing their views on a wide range of topics.
Behind every survey response and discussion is a member taking the time to share an honest opinion about the things that matter to them.
When Skipton members speak, we listen
Almost 20,000 members are making their voice heard through our Member Panel. They share their views on everything from communications and service improvements to new products and ideas.
Members contribute in different ways, like completing surveys to taking part in more in-depth discussions. Their views help us understand what members need today, what's important to them in the future, and where we should focus our efforts.
After all, members are the people using our products and services every day.
Members have helped us explore a wide range of topics, including how people save and plan for the future and what they think about new products, services and member benefits.
For example, Member Panel research has helped us better understand:
- how people think about passing wealth on to loved ones
- the challenges of making homes more energy efficient
- the support pepole want when making important financial decisions.
More recently, members like you have shared their views on ideas such as loyalty-based savings products, and support for later-life financial decisions.
A voice in the things that matter
When you're a member, your relationship with Skipton goes beyond the products you hold with us. You can share your views on the ideas, priorities and improvements we're considering for the future.
