Large print communications

If you would like to receive letters in large print, let us know. We produce them in line with the United Kingdom Association of Accessible Formats. Our large print is Arial font size 18.

Audio (CD) communications

If you would like to receive letters in audio format, let us know. Our Audio CDs conform to United Kingdom Association of Accessible Formats standards.

Braille

If you would like to receive letters in Braille, let us know. Our Braille documents are in Unified English Braille with both Grade 1 and Grade 2 available, on request.

Your preference

After you share your preference with us, we'll do our best to accommodate it whenever we can. If you receive something that doesn't match your selected format, just reach out to us, and we'll check if we can resend it in your preferred style.
