If you'd like us to start sending your AGM information by email, please complete the form below.

If you're eligible to vote, we'll send you an email in March each year with all the information you need about our AGM, including:

  • how to vote securely online
  • a link to the AGM Notice
  • links to our review of the year and Summary Financial Statement.

After 1 March 2026, we'll use your preference for AGM 2027 onwards.

Before you submit the form

This form is to register to receive your AGM information by email. If you’d like to contact us about anything else here’s how to get in touch.

By providing your email address, you agree to us sending your AGM information by email for future AGMs. This means you agree to access your AGM documents and give voting instructions through our secure online voting site via links sent to your email address.

You can change your preference in future by:

  • calling us on 0345 850 1700
  • going into branch
  • logging in to Skipton Online, or the Skipton App
  • writing to: FREEPOST SKIPTON BUILDING SOCIETY

This form is only for Skipton Building Society members. If you’ve an Attorney or Deputy appointed for your Skipton account and have chosen to have your AGM pack sent to them, or are a Permanent Interest Bearing Shares (PIBS) holder, we will send your AGM pack by post.

We'll use the email address you provide for all our future emails to you. If, for any reason, we can't use the email address to send you your AGM information, we'll send you a paper copy instead.

Frequently asked questions

If you've already registered to receive your AGM information and you want to change your email address, simply complete the form above and include your new email address.

You're eligible to vote if you:

  • are 18 or over on the date of the AGM; and
  • EITHER have at least £100 in your savings account(s) on 31 December 2026 and have a savings account with us from that date until the voting date in April 2027,
  • OR owe at least £100 on your mortgage(s) with us on both 31 December 2026 and the voting date.

For joint accounts, only the first-named account holder is eligible to vote.
