If you already pay your mortgage by Direct Debit you may have noticed that your payment does not always leave your account on its official due date. This is due to the time it takes for the Direct Debit to be processed after we have requested it and the times when the Direct Debit date falls over a weekend and/or Bank Holiday.
The following is a schedule of when you can expect your payments to leave your bank account in each month of 2022. Should you wish to change your payment date or if you have any further queries, please contact the Credit Management Team on 0345 850 1766.
Payment dates available are the 1st, 10th, 12th, 15th and 20th and the last working day.
