Heather brings her strong business operations, strategy and change background which is vital as the Society invests further in improving customer journeys through its branches, telephony, web and app. She also has 25 years’ experience in senior roles at Lloyds plc, Capital One, Boots the Chemist, Asda and Burton Group plc.
