Andrew has more than 30 years’ experience in building societies and banking particularly in leading customer service and sales teams in financial services. He leads the development of our Financial Advice proposition which we want to make more accessible to more customers, as well as the Society’s branch network and contact centre. He has previously served as Mortgage and Bancassurance Director at Lloyds Bank, held various senior roles at the Halifax, encompassing branches, mortgages and head office positions, and was Chairman of Halifax Sharedealing. He joined the Board in 2016.
