New ISA Account and Transfer Form 
These forms must be completed if you would like to open a brand new ISA account with Skipton and transfer funds in from another provider. The first form notifies Skipton that funds from another provider will be transferred into your new ISA account and the second form notifies your current provider that you wish to transfer your ISA to Skipton.

Existing Account Transfer Form
These forms must be completed if you would like to transfer funds from another provider into your existing Skipton ISA account. The first form notifies Skipton that funds from another provider will be transferred into you existing Skipton ISA and the second form notifies your current provider that you wish to transfer your ISA to Skipton.

Please make sure you do not withdraw the money from your Cash ISA, as it will lose its tax-free status.
Occasionally we may also need to withdraw certain accounts at short notice, so sending this form to your existing provider does not guarantee availability of our accounts.
