How can I add more money to my account?
If you're making a payment into an ISA and you've not paid in for over 12 months, you will need to reconfirm your ISA declaration before making a payment. If this applies to you, please contact us to make sure your payment can be accepted.
You’ll need to set up instructions with your bank. If you want to set this up before your account matures you can set up a future dated payment in advance.
To pay money into your Skipton account from another UK bank or building society, please use the bank details below:
- Sort code
- Account number
- Reference number
- your 9 digit Skipton account number
You can pay in by cheque at any branch or post to Skipton Building Society, Principal Office, The Bailey, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 1DN
Debit card payment
If you opened your account online, you can make a debit card payment through Skipton Online or in the Skipton app. Alternatively, visit visit any branch or call us on 0345 850 1722.
In any of our branches. If you opened your account online we’ll need to see some photographic ID for the first cash payment, as set out in our Proving your Identity document.
