A My Review allows you to discuss the goals you have for your money, and with our friendly no pressure conversation we can discuss options with you to help you get track.

Whether you’re saving for short terms needs or planning ahead, a conversation with one of our colleagues could be the first step in helping you to get your money working harder.

The review is not just about your savings. We can help you in lots of other ways too – from discussing your retirement plans to insurance or to helping you plan your legacy. Additionally, if you would like details on pensions and investments, we'll arrange an appointment for you with one of our expert financial advisers.

And whilst we ask you only visit a branch if it’s necessary, you can still talk to us face-to-face via our Skipton Link video appointment service. You’ll just need a device that supports video conferencing – usually your laptop, desktop or tablet – and access to the internet.

How a My Review works

Step 1

Request a call back or phone us to book a Skipton Link video appointment for your My Review.

Step 2

Have a virtual face-to-face conversation with one of our colleagues and tell them about what matters to you and what you’re aiming to achieve.

Step 3

At the end of the review we’ll explain how to claim your £10 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card as a thank you from us.

Step 4

Review your options and get back to us when you’ve had a think. There’s no pressure on you to act on our suggestions. When you’ve decided we can work with you to get your plans in place.


We love the service we get in our local Skipton branch so would normally call in there to talk about our savings and what we want to do next. As we can’t visit the branch at the moment, we arranged to have a review using the video appointment service. To be honest we found it just as helpful doing it like that and were very happy with the arrangements we put in place.

  1. This offer is only open to Skipton Building Society customers who received the offer and completed a My Review appointment by the date detailed in their My Review email or letter.
  2. Skipton customers are eligible to claim one £10 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card per calendar year.
  3. This offer is provided by Skipton Building Society and administered by The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP), The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire, WA4 4PG.
  4. You will be provided with details of how to claim your gift voucher at the end of your My Review. You must claim your voucher by the date detailed in the link provided to you. You will not be able to claim your voucher after this date.

£10 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card terms and conditions

  1. Redemption - Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers (including products branded as Gift Certificates) (“Gift Cards”) may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on www.amazon.co.uk. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer’s Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will be placed in the redeemer’s Amazon.co.uk account. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer’s Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. Amazon EU S.à r.l. or its affiliates (“we”, “us”, and “our”) may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Cards that they purchase. To view your Gift Card balance, visit Your Account on Amazon.co.uk. No fees apply to Gift Cards.
  2. Limitations - Gift Cards, including any unused Gift Card balances, expire ten years from the date of issuance. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for the purchase of products at www.amazon.at, www.amazon.com.br, www.amazon.ca, www.amazon.cn, www. amazon.com, www.amazon.de, www.amazon.es, www.amazon.fr, www.amazon.in, www.amazon.it, www.amazon.co.jp, www.amazon.com.mx, or any other website owned and operated by us, our affiliates, or any other person or entity, except as indicated by these terms and conditions. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, or as payment for a Prime membership fee. Risk of Loss - The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
  4. Fraud - We will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on Amazon.co.uk or any of its affiliated websites set forth above.
  5. Limitation of Liability - WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.     7. Your personal data

    1. Skipton Building Society is the data controller. We are responsible for the information we collect, hold, share and use about you.
    2. When you claim your Gift Card at www.skiptonrewards.co.uk/gift, you will be asked to provide MLP with your name and relevant contact details. We will also securely share with them your customer reference number. This information is required for the administration of the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card offer.
