Transfer Authority Form
For customers maturing between 12 May 2014 and 4 June 2014
Please note if you are happy with the 'do nothing' option you do not need to complete the online Transfer Authority Form (TAF).
The TAF can only be used when transferring the full balance of your matured product to a single new product. It can't be used to transfer from a branch or telephone account to an online account and vice versa.
