Mid-term adjustments

Lines are open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 6pm Friday, and 9am to 5pm Saturday.

• report the incident to the police (if applicable)
• check whether you're covered (see the policy documents above)
• gather information including the policy number, date and time of loss or damage, and the police loss report number or crime number (if applicable)
