We've made it easier to talk about your money by making our appointments more accessible with our new video appointment service, Skipton Link. 

How does our video appointment service work?

Our video appointments are just like a face-to-face meeting. You can chat to a friendly savings consultant, mortgage adviser or one of our financial advisers.

You can talk to us from the comfort of your own home, or a place that’s convenient to you – even if it’s outside our normal branch opening hours.†

You just need a device that supports video conferencing – usually your laptop, desktop or tablet will have everything you need already built-in – and access to the internet.

If you don't have the facilities to use video at home, you can also use the service by appointment in selected local branches – services available may differ depending on your location.

Our video appointment service gives you access to one of our colleagues, so you can make those important future plans.
