The UK’s top building society for customer experience
We have been ranked by our customers as the UK's top building society for customer service and we are in the top 10 of all UK brands.
The results are based on in-depth interviews with 10,000 members of the public who give their opinions on 295 brands. The ranking is scored against six ‘pillars’ of customer experiences.
The survey considers factors including how businesses understand a customer’s needs, trustworthiness, and how they manage, meet and exceed customer expectations. Also considered is how easy it is to do business with the organisation, how it builds relationships with customers and resolves problems.
