Skipton scores a hat trick
We’ve won three gold trophies at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2018 (CXA’18), which recognise ‘inspiring organisations who deliver an outstanding customer experience’.
Our winning entries were for ‘Best New Improved Product or Service’ for the launch of our Lifetime ISA, ‘Best Customers at the Heart of Everything’ for the introduction of our video appointment service, and ‘Best Financial Services - Banking and Investments’.
It’s always exciting to receive awards, but being recognised for customer experience makes me feel particularly proud. The variety of awards we received also demonstrates the extent of the work we’re doing across the Society as a whole. We’re really delighted with these achievements and we’ll aim to do our best for customers in all areas, however they choose to interact with us.
