Managing your account
You’ll find your new account number in the top right hand corner of the welcome letter we sent in early October and you'll also have received a welcome pack.
Any existing standing orders with your bank will stay the same and there’s no need to do anything. If you want to set up new standing orders, you can find out how to do this on our paying in and withdrawals page.
My HBS users
Holmesdale’s online system – My HBS – is no longer available. If you'd like to register with Skipton Online, please visit our Skipton Online page for details. In the meantime, if you experience any issues or need to discuss details about your account, please call us on 0345 608 0782.
The Reigate branch reopened as Skipton Building Society at 10am on Monday 1 October. The branch phone number is the same – 01737 245716.
The opening hours for the branch are as follows:
Monday - 9am - 5pm
Tuesday - 9am - 5pm
Wednesday - 10am - 5pm
Thursday - 9am - 5pm
Friday - 9am - 5pm
Saturday - 9.30am - 12pm
Sunday - Closed
Members will continue to receive the same warm welcome they’re used to at the Reigate branch, as well as at any of our other branches. There’s also full support from our head office teams in Skipton.
