Our Regular Savings Account
If you’re looking to save money every month, our Regular Savings Account is ideal. As well as offering you an attractive rate on your investment, it also allows you to earn a bonus interest rate for regular saving.
If you make at least ten payments a year (in separate months) and only make a maximum of one withdrawal in any one year, you’ll automatically earn a bonus interest rate of 1.50% gross pa/AER for that year.
Features of our Regular Savings Account include:
- The bonus interest rate of 1.50% gross pa/AER will be calculated as if it had been applied throughout the year.
- No limit to the number of withdrawals you make (however, if you make more than one, or close your account, you’ll be unable to claim your bonus for that year).
- Face-to-face service.
- Minimum monthly subscription: £10.
- Maximum monthly subscription: £1,000.
- The monthly amount can be varied each month if you wish, as long as you pay in the minimum of £10 each month and do not exceed the maximum of £1,000 each month.
- Payments in can be made by cash, cheque, transfer or standing order at any branch. Withdrawals can be made by cash (up to £250 per day), cheque or transfer to other Skipton accounts.
