Application Form

Before viewing the Leap Account Application Form please read the following notes.

Notes

  • It is important that you read and understand the Investment Account Terms & Conditions and the specific terms and conditions relating to the product that will apply before proceeding with your application. If there is anything that you do not understand please contact your local branch or Customer Services on 08457 171777*.
  • Application forms cannot be completed online, they must be printed, completed and posted to the address below.
  • This form may only be used for the purpose of opening a Leap for young savers account.
  • The Young Person is the account holder, however, an operator can be nominated to sign on behalf of the Young Person.
  • A Young Person must be under 16 years old to open a Leap Account and may only hold one of this type of account.
  • If you have an existing account, you must provide your account number on the form.
  • If you do not have an existing account with the Society, proof of ID and verification of address must be sent with the application (See the Application Form).
  • A copy of the Rules of the Society can be obtained from our Customer Contact Centre.

When the application form has been completed and all relevant ID included, please return it to your local branch or send it to:

Gross means the interest paid before the deduction of income tax at 20%. AER stands for Annual Equivalent Rate and illustrates what the interest rate would be if interest was paid and added each year.
