Before viewing the 1 Year Fixed Rate Bond Application Form please read the following notes.

Notes

  • It is important that you read and understand the Investment Account Terms & Conditions and the specific terms and conditions relating to the product that will apply before proceeding with your application. If there is anything that you do not understand please contact your local branch on 08457 171777*.
  • Application forms cannot be completed online, they must be printed, completed and posted to the address below.
  • This form must only be used by individuals opening an account on their own behalf. Any other type of customer, e.g. Trustee for Club/Association etc. must contact Customer Contact Centre at our Principal Office for the appropriate form.
  • Up to two applicants may apply on each form. If more than two, a second form must be used and the name of the first account holder clearly marked. Maximum of four individuals on any one account.
  • If you have an existing account, you must provide your account number on the form.
  • If you do not have an existing account with the Society, proof of ID and verification of address must be sent with the application (See the Application Form).
  • A copy of the Rules of the Society can be obtained from our Customer Contact Centre.
  • If you wish interest to be paid to another Bank or Building Society account you must complete and return the Interest Instructions (See the Application Form).
