No Pressure Promise

Customers share their experiences with us every day, from family and work commitments, to small events and big life changes. We don’t want to add to those pressures when people come to us to talk about their money. So we’ve made a promise that we won't pressure anyone into taking our products, or recommend anything that we don't think is right for them. We might sometimes question, or occasionally challenge ideas, but only ever for the right reasons.
