The amount we can lend is based on an overall assessment of affordability and takes in to consideration your income, your expenditure and how much you can afford based on future interest rate rises.

As a guide, to calculate the maximum amount available to you simply enter:

  • Your basic monthly income
  • Your guaranteed monthly income (eg bonuses/overtime)
  • Any non-guaranteed monthly income (eg commission)
  • Your monthly outgoings (include loans, credit cards and maintenance payments / exclude household bills ie council tax/utility bills).
