Listening to you matters

Help shape the future for our members

At Skipton we take the principles of mutuality and membership very seriously. We want to consult with our members regularly to establish your opinions of our activities and to find out which other services you would like us to provide. That is why we are creating a Member Panel.

With over 860,000 members it is difficult to speak directly to each and every one of you, however, if you have a view on our products, services and communications you now have a forum to contact us.

Our current plans are to contact Panel members via e-mail, asking a series of questions on the hot topics of the day, from potential new products to the level of satisfaction that you feel with our customer service. In the future we may extend this to postal and telephone surveys and also to meetings with small groups of members.

We want the Panel to be an interactive and enjoyable experience, so we promise that:

  • We will keep you on the Members Panel for a period of two years unless you ask to leave sooner. This may be extended with your consent.
  • If you cease to be a member of Skipton we will remove you from the Panel.
  • All responses to the Panel will be treated in confidence and used for research purposes only.
  • No individual responses will be identified in any of our communications without your consent.

If you are interested in joining the panel, please complete the details below and click ‘send’. We will send you a confirmation e-mail once you have registered and add you to the Panel.
