M&S Voucher Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Take out cover before 30 June 2012 and you will be eligible to receive the advertised gift. Legal & General will aim to send the vouchers 30 days after collecting your first three consecutive monthly premiums being paid to L&G (please allow time for delivery).
2. Legal & General reserve the right to cancel any plans should they discover or suspect the terms of the offer are being abused.
3. If an Over 50s type plan provided by Legal & General has been previously cancelled we reserve the right not to supply a gift. Generally a gift is sent after a minimum of three consecutive months premiums have been successfully collected from a validated application. In some circumstances Legal & General may delay sending you a gift until they have received premiums equal to the value of the advertised gift. If you cancel whilst the minimum qualifying premiums are being paid the gift will not be sent.
4. One gift per transaction. All terms and conditions also apply to partners or friends for this offer.
5. Legal & General staff are not eligible for this promotion. No cash alternative will be offered. Offer may be withdrawn at any time.
6. There is no cash or other alternative to the gift stated and the gift is not transferable and no part or parts of the gift may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
