- Report the incident to the police (if applicable)
- Check whether you're covered (see the policy documents above)
- Gather information including the policy number, date and time of loss or damage, and the police loss report number or crime number (if applicable)

The renewals team are available from 8am to 8pm on Monday to Thursday, 8am to 6pm Friday, and 9am to 1pm on Saturday.
