Important - Home Insurance for new customers

Sorry, our home insurance isn't available to new customers at the moment because we're about to launch a partnership with our new home insurance provider, Legal & General. This means you can't get a new quote, buy a new policy, or retrieve an existing quote just yet. We'll be launching the improved service with our new insurance provider as soon as possible.

Existing Customers

As your policy approaches its renewal date, we'll send a letter asking if you'd like to renew your Skipton home insurance policy. Until it's time to renew, you can view your policy documents here and get other information, including our contact details and how to make a claim.

Mid-term adjustments

Lines are open from 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 12pm on Saturday.

Making a claim

  • Report the incident to the police (if applicable)
  • Check whether you're covered (see the policy documents above)
  • Gather information including the policy number, date and time of loss or damage, and the police loss report number or crime number (if applicable)

Renewals

If you've received an invitation to renew your home insurance, and you want to accept or discuss the new policy, you can call 0345 0000 772. The renewals team are available from 9am to 8pm on Monday to Friday and 9am to 12pm on Saturday.
