There are several ways to pay your monthly mortgage payments or to make a contribution to any outstanding arrears that may have occurred.
By phone
By calling our Collections Team on 0845 850 1766* and using your debit card. Please note that we do not accept credit card payments.
By setting up a direct debit
The collection dates available are the 1st, 12th, 15th & 20th. This could mean that you are eligible for a discount of 0.25% on your current interest rate (terms and conditions apply – please ask us for further details). A direct debit can be set up over the telephone by calling 0845 850 1766* or a direct debit mandate may be downloaded from our website.
Setting up an internal transfer from an investment account you hold with us
This could mean that you are eligible for a discount of 0.25% on your current interest rate (terms and conditions apply – please ask us for further details).
Setting up a standing order (quoting your mortgage account number as a reference)
Please be aware that payments can take up to 2 business days to show on your mortgage account. If your payment is not received in the month it is due, this could lead to a monthly arrears charge of £40 being debited to your account and your credit rating will be affected.
