Remember that under the terms of your mortgage you must obtain our consent before the tenancy begins.
Whilst the property is let your insurance arrangements may be affected. If you are insured through the Society for:
- Mortgage Payment Protection insurance we are no longer able to provide this cover.
- Home Insurance, please call our Customer Service helpline to discuss how your policy may be affected.
If you have your insurance arranged elsewhere you should check with your Insurance company to ensure adequate cover is maintained.
