Board Composition Policy

The Board Composition Policy sets out the Society Board’s ambition for ensuring diversity on the Board.

The Davies review recommended that UK Boards should aim to have women representing at least 25% of their total number of directors by 2015. We are pleased to confirm that composition of the Society’s Board is in line with best practice recommendations. Further information about our directors is available on the Our Board page.
