As part of our commitment to diversity and inclusivity as an organisation we have launched an LGBT Network for our colleagues.
We want our organisation to attract and retain a diverse range of colleagues and we want our colleagues to work in an environment where they can be themselves, flourish, perform well and realise their potential. The launch of our LGBT Network provides us with a great opportunity to focus on this.
The aim of the network is to enable colleagues to come together to share information, support and to create a comfortable and fully inclusive environment in which we can each reach our full potential without fear of discrimination.
The LGBT Network is the first of our network groups, with plans for groups dedicated to issues such as gender, mental health, age discrimination and flexible working in the future.
